This is a single ear cuff comes in a thin 1.5mm or 5mm thick size, both of which come in smooth sterling silver or 9ct gold plated.  No piercing necessary - comes to fit the Orbital (middle ear) and can be pinched to adjust to size.  Please note that each item is handmade on order.  Therefore, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
